SenWin Peripherals Reference

Overview

Peripherals such as dispensers, scanners, and printers are essential to kiosk operation. These can be configured during initial setup or adjusted later from the Settings screen.

Peripheral Configuration

• If a peripheral setting is greyed out, the device is successfully connected and does not require reconfiguration.

• To change a locked (greyed-out) peripheral:

  1. Unplug the device

  2. Restart the kiosk

  3. Reconnect and reconfigure as needed

💡 Tip: Phoenix and Reliance may be used as USB Windows printers.

• Reliance: Use a USB cable to connect as a Windows printer.

• Phoenix: Set dip switches to:
      1: ON | 2: ON | 3: ON | 4: ON
