SenWin Repair the Installation

Requirements:

• A keyboard must be connected to the SenWin-enabled kiosk.

Steps:

1. While on the SenWin redemption screen, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to bring up the options menu.
2. Select Sign Out to return to the Windows sign-in screen, then proceed to Sign In to the Windows desktop.
   
3. Click on the Start icon (bottom left corner), then click the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
4. Navigate to Apps > Apps & Features and locate Sentry Secure Windows in the list. Tap on the option then select Modify to open the app installer.
   
   
5. In the installer, choose the Repair option and follow the prompts to complete the process.
6. Once the repair is complete, the kiosk will reboot and return to the SenWin redemption screen.
