SenWin Vault Reference

Overview

The Vault system manages dispenser inventory by allowing technicians to track, fill, and reconcile cash in each cassette. Accurate cassette fills ensure reliable redemptions and reporting. The system also provides detailed logs and exportable fill reports for auditing and compliance.

Filling Cassettes

To properly track dispenser totals, the number of bills being added to each cassette must be manually entered.

• Fills are additive: The system increases the bill count in each cassette based on entered values.

• Cassette Totals: The Cassettes tab displays real-time counts for each denomination in the vault.

Fill Options:

• Repeat Fill
  Automatically populates cassettes with the values from the previous fill (excluding negatives and balances).

• Balance
  Sets a cassette’s fill value to the negative of its current count (e.g., if Cassette #1 has 25 bills, balance sets it to -25). This is used to zero out a cassette.

• + / - Button
  Toggles the fill entry for a cassette between positive and negative.

Saving the Fill

Upon saving a fill:

• A confirmation prompt displays a table summarizing the fill details.

• A Fill Report is generated, showing the before/after values, totals, and fill history.

• Canceling the export does not cancel the recorded fill.

Example Fill Report Includes:

• Date & Time of Fill

• Remaining, Filled, and Current Bill Counts per denomination

• Dispensed / Rejected Totals

• Total Value Before and After Fill

Tip: The kiosk name displayed in reports reflects the name assigned during pairing at senwin.co. If no name was assigned, the dongle’s serial number is shown.

Fill Report Export Options

Once a fill is confirmed, reports may be exported using any of the following methods:

• Print Receipt
  Outputs the report to the receipt printer.

• Save to File
  Exports the report as a file. It’s recommended to save to easily accessible directories (e.g., C:\reports or a flash drive).

• Email (Silver License required)
  Sends the fill report to specified email addresses. Addresses are saved for future use.

Logs Tab

• Displays a list of all previous fills.

• Each entry includes a re-export button to generate a new copy of the original fill report.
