SenWin Pull-Tabs Reference

Overview

The Pull-Tabs version of SenWin operates nearly identically to the standard kiosk version. The primary difference is the ability to load, manage, and redeem Pull-Tab packages directly through the kiosk interface. This article outlines the required steps to successfully import a Pull-Tab package and make it available for redemption.

Loading Pull-Tabs

1. Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner to open the Settings menu, then enter your authorized passcode.
   
2. From the Settings menu, select Pull-Tab Packages.
   
3. Insert the included USB flash drive from the Pull-Tab package into any available USB port on the kiosk.
4. At the bottom of the screen, select Import. This will open a standard Windows File Explorer window.
   
5. In the navigation panel on the left, locate and select the inserted USB drive. Within the drive, you will find a CSV file containing the Pull-Tab package information. Select the file and click Open.
6. The Pull-Tab package will be imported and displayed at the top of the screen, along with its relevant details.

Completion

The Pull-Tab package is now successfully loaded into the kiosk and ready for use. Pull-Tabs can be redeemed immediately, and package information can be reviewed at any time within the Pull-Tab Packages menu.

If the package does not appear after import, verify that the correct USB drive and CSV file were selected, then repeat the import process.
