Generating a Pairing Ticket
To pair a compatible Phoenix or Reliance printer with a kiosk, you must first generate a Pairing Ticket.

| Phoenix | Press and hold push button #2 (see below) for 10 seconds or until the printer starts printing. Then, release the button. |
| Reliance | Press and hold the push button located on the back of the printer for 10 seconds or until the printer starts printing. Then, release the button. |
Pairing with the Kiosk
Once you have the pairing ticket, use the following instructions for your kiosk manufacturer.
SenWin Kiosk
Tap the gear icon in the top left corner.
Enter your admin PIN.
Select the ‘Paired Printers’ menu.
Select the ‘Pair’ option.
Scan the pairing ticket on the kiosk to complete the pairing process.
Primero Kiosk
Access the settings menu.
Tap on Devices.
Tap on Printers.
Tap the Add Printer button.
Scan the pairing ticket on the kiosk to complete the pairing process.

Other Manufacturers
If you are using a printer or kiosk from a different manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly for pairing instructions. The steps may closely resemble the methods outlined above.
Security Reminder
After successfully pairing the printer with the kiosk, do not forget to destroy the pairing ticket to maintain security.

Q: I get an error when scanning my printers pairing code. What can I do?
A: Make sure the kiosk is up to date with the latest software. You can check the current version and attempt an update by going to Settings > Device Options > Software Version.
