Platinum Diagnostic LED Indicators
The Platinum bill acceptor must be powered on to display LED diagnostic codes.
A multicolor LED is located at the rear of the unit and will flash a specific number of times to indicate certain conditions.
Solid Green → Unit is functioning normally and ready for operation.
Flashing / Solid colors → See the tables below for error definitions.
Standard Diagnostic Codes
