Phoenix Integration Overview
This article outlines the configuration requirements and supported harnesses for integrating the Phoenix Thermal Printer with various gaming platforms, including Banilla, Jenka, IGS, Trestle, and Primero.
This guide ensures proper communication between the Phoenix and supported game platforms, and includes any special firmware or switch configurations where applicable.
BANILLA
Supported Harnesses
Phoenix requires the 5P008 serial harness.
Configuration Requirements

The printer must be configured for the Special interface by setting the dip switches as highlighted in red. You must power cycle the printer after changing any dip switch settings.
