Creating Users
1. While signed in to the Admin account, select the Settings button.
2. Under Invite or Create User, click Create User.
3. Enter the desired username and password in the required fields, then click Create User.
- The credentials will be sent to the Admin account’s email address.
4. The new user will appear in the list of users at the top of the Settings menu.
5. Select the user to open User Settings, where you can:
- Assign a nickname
- Control account permissions (access rights)
- View and control any printers currently paired with the account
- Setting Permissions for Tech/Users
Adding and Assigning Printers
1. While signed in to the Admin account, select the Settings button.
2. Under Printer Settings, click Pair Printer and scan the pairing QR code. The printer will then appear in the list of Paired Printers.
- In order to get a pairing code using a Phoenix printer, hold down the second button on the right side (closest to the green LED) for about 10 seconds. It will print a pairing code.
- In order to get a pairing code using a Reliance printer, hold down the black button on the back of the printer for 10 seconds. It will print a pairing code.
3. At the top of the Settings menu, select the printer icon (to the left of the list of users). This will display all currently paired printers.
4. From the list, locate the printer you want to assign. On the right side of the printer entry, click the triple dots (…) to open the options menu.
5. From the menu options, select Re-Assign.
6. Select the appropriate user account from the list, then click Re-Assign to confirm the change.
- The printer has been successfully assigned to the selected user account and is now configured for ticket redemption.
Redeeming Tickets
Redeeming a Sentry ticket via Sentry Mobile requires a compatible device, such as an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, a Windows PC equipped with a camera may be used to scan and process the ticket.
Once you have access to a compatible device, open a web browser and navigate to https://www.sentrymobile.app/. Then, log in to your account to proceed. You may need to enable your camera permission on the browser.

Upon successful validation of the QR code, the system will prompt you to initiate the payout for your redemption.
Managing the Books
Select Books from the dashboard.
Select filter.
Select Dates And Printer for Overview.
Displays the most recent 50 redemptions. To view a broader range, select an expanded date range and click Next to load additional results.
Exporting Books
Click on Export.
Select An Email Address To Export Too.
Periodic Email Export
Click and put a check mark in the Export On/Off: button to enable it to run on a recurring schedule. Specify the execution time by selecting the appropriate hour and minute, along with the correct AM/PM designation and time zone. Ensure the scheduled time aligns with the kiosk’s system clock. Once configured, click Save to apply the settings.
Export CSV files to a local USB device or distribute them via email, with flexible scheduling options available on a daily, monthly, or annual basis.
Evaluate the CSV file using a program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
