Common issues that arise; 

• Our Phoenix printer has 2 different firmware versions, 1 is just simply the phoenix firmware the 2nd is our sentry firmware that goes with the phoenix printer
• One thing to note is that a base phoenix firmware printer can not be simply updated to sentry firmware attempting to do so will result in an error during the flash update process. 

• If you want to use Sentry firmware with a Phoenix printer that you already possess and it has not had Sentry on it prior you must send it to us so it can be converted there is no other way around this.
