Overview
This article explains how to access the SenWin dashboard, pair a kiosk with your SenWin account, activate subscriptions, and configure important dashboard features such as real-time data, alerts, route management, organization settings, and security access controls.
Using the SenWin dashboard, operators can:
- Pair and manage kiosks remotely.
- Activate real-time data subscriptions.
- Monitor kiosk and vault status.
- Configure automated email alerts and exports.
- Manage organization users and billing.
- Enable secure dashboard and kiosk access.
Accessing the SenWin Dashboard
On your Windows PC or mobile device, navigate to SenWin.co.
Sign in using your Google account or your SenWin email and password. If you do not already have an account, select Sign Up to create one.
After signing in, you will be directed to the SenWin dashboard.
Pairing a Kiosk with SenWin.co
Log in to your account at senwin.co. From the dashboard, select the “Pair Kiosk” button located in the center of the screen.
On the kiosk touchscreen, select the Gear icon to open the Settings menu and select Dashboard Access.
Tap Start Pairing. The kiosk will display an eight-digit pairing code.
On the senwin.co website, enter the eight-digit code in the designated field and click Submit.
Enter the kiosk location details, including the Kiosk Name and Address, then click Save.
Selecting Back to Location will allow you to activate a subscription (refer to the Activating the SenWin Subscription section below). Alternatively, you may return to the dashboard by selecting All Kiosks from the navigation menu.
After submission, the kiosk will be successfully paired with your SenWin account and will appear in the list of connected kiosks. Be sure to exit the Settings menu on the kiosk once the pairing process is complete.
Activate the SenWin Subscription
If the kiosk requires real-time data services, you must activate a SenWin subscription.
Log in to your account at senwin.co, then click All Kiosks from the left navigation menu.
Locate the kiosk you want to enable and click the drop-down arrow on the far right of that kiosk’s row.
Select Details and Settings.
On the kiosk details page, locate the Real-time Data section and click Subscribe on the right.
On the Add License screen:
Select an available license from the drop-down list, or
If no licenses are available, follow the prompts to purchase one.
Once a license is assigned, the real-time data subscription will be activated for the selected kiosk.
Dashboard Features
Manage Routes
Click the Manage Routes tab, then select Create Route. Once created, click the Right Arrow to open the Routes dashboard.
From the Routes dashboard, you can:
- Add or remove kiosks from a route.
- Monitor low vault conditions.

Identify offline terminals.
Access
The Access feature allows authorized users to access kiosk settings by:
- Scanning a QR code.
- Requesting an access code.
Alerts: Email
The Alerts section controls email notifications and automated export settings.
Navigate to Alerts > Emails. To add a new email recipient:
- Select Add Email.
- Enter the email address.
To remove an email:

Select the red trash can icon next to the address.
Alerts: Auto Export
When Auto Export is enabled:
- A CSV export of redemption data from Bronze-level kiosks or higher will automatically be emailed at the configured time each day.
- Exports include all redemption data received from the previous day.
- If a kiosk is offline or unable to send data, the information will be included in the next export once communication is restored.
Alert: Vault
Cassette Low Threshold
This setting determines when low-cassette alerts are sent.
- The default threshold is 10 bills remaining in the cassette.
- When the cassette reaches the configured threshold, an email alert is sent to the vault cash provider.
Vault Low Threshold
When the total vault amount falls below the configured dollar amount:
- An email alert containing a vault snapshot will be sent to the configured recipient.
Suppress Duplicate Alerts
This setting controls how often repeated low or empty cassette alerts are sent.
- After an alert is generated, additional alerts will be suppressed for the configured number of hours.
Organization: Members
The Organization Members section allows administrators to manage user access.
From this section, you can:
- View organization users and email addresses.
- Invite new users to the organization.
Inviting a User
- Select Invitations.
- Enter the user’s email address.
- Select Send Invite.
Organization: Billing
The Billing section allows administrators to purchase and manage subscriptions.
Available Subscription Levels
Bronze Plan
Includes features such as:
- Email exports from kiosks.
- Daily bookkeeping exports.
Silver Plan
Includes features such as:
- Real-time data.
- Dashboard access.
- Automated alerts.
- Remote commands.
- Third-party integrations, including:
- Credit Stream
- Pull-Tabs
If managing multiple kiosks, use the Plus (+) icon to add additional subscriptions.
Security: Access
The Security Access Settings section manages kiosk access tokens and backup security options.
Enable Access Tokens
When enabled:
- New and existing kiosks will require either:
- An access token, or
- A backup password.
- This is required to access kiosk settings.
Note: Kiosks must have a Silver subscription or higher to use access tokens.
Send Alert When Backup Password Is Used
When enabled:
- Administrators will receive an alert whenever a backup password is used instead of a standard access token.
Backup Expiry Days
This setting defines how many days a backup password remains valid before expiring.
After making changes, select Save.
Set Backup Password
The backup password allows offline access to kiosk settings when an access token cannot be generated.
- Enter the desired backup password.

Select Save.
Redemptions
From the All Kiosks page, select the arrow on the right side of the kiosk, then choose Details and Settings.
Once on the Details and Settings page, select View Redemptions.
The Redemption Viewer will open and, by default, displays all redemptions. You can filter the view by selecting a specific period or printer.
